Cyclone Box Reloaded is newest and latest Box from KarwowGSM
With ultra light cover and world known RISC 66 Mhz CPU.
Latest edition doesn't have build in SIM card like previous box as also doesn't have any credits.
All operations are standalone.
This version doesn't require also any special adapter - you can connect all cables directly to it.
Fully working over USB 2.0 gives you possibility to work with latest phones.
With latest update You can unlock all models of LG phones (without limits)

What is Cycator?
This is software intended exclusively for Cyclone Box Users which are also HW repair engineers.

Where from download?
Use Germany Server, it's in 'Cycator' Directory. Use WinRar for unpacking.

How to work with Cycator?
1. Launch Cycator SW.
2. Select Product (we will post list tomorrow, for example Tube is 5800Xm, Picollo is 6300, Picollino is 5130xm, etc). Current revision (11062012) support 69 products and PCB versions.
3. Now you can either select component from list:

Important Notes
1. If you are using old (Classic) Cyclone Box and having old Card serial number (2009,2010) and after latest
bootloader upgrade, your box can't enter into bootloader mode, your box boot need Recovery. This will be proceeded AUTOMATICALLY, just use Box Wizard.
2. Box Maintenance, Box Registration, Card Maintenance are removed from this release
3. Your box having 3 update credits from now
4. Box Firmware v02.01 is required, so this update could be operational
5. Use "Box Wizard". This is one-click tool for box repair (boot recovery), upgrade, activation, registration, smartcard upgrade/initialization, and so on.
6. If you are using Windows 7, autoupdate in old version may fail (fixed already). In case download installer directly, or run SW with Admin privileges.
7. ALWAYS fresh installer you could find at: http://www.karwos.hk/CycloneBoxInstaller.exe
8. Autoupdate after updating EXE should ask you for downloading and installing latest installer. If something will fail during Autoupdate process, just look at 7 and download Installer manually.

Release Notes
1. You should have installed latest installer from http://www.karwos.hk/CycloneBoxInstaller.exe (this one released at October 2011, most users don't need thus)
2. Autoupdate will work, if not, download new exe manually from http://www.karwos.hk/updater/Cyclone.exe
3. If you encountering Autoupdate problems, check firewall.
4. After updating, make sure on bottom-right statusbar you have "No updates avaiable". This updates also downloading XMM2130 loaders from server, so make sure before you start LBF'ing XGold213, you get "No updates avaiable" - this will ensure your 100% success reading LBF data.
5. New firmware v01.88 is required. Update box using Box Maintenance. Please be patient during upgrade progress and don't disconnect your box. We have increased update tries credit numbers from 3 to 5, because of some users problems with update process.

How to update?

Cyclone Box FREE and STANDALONE Broadcom Hash Read
Broadcom Unlocking (via LBF Hash Read)/SX4 Authorization/SD Repair/etc is now fully FREE and STANDALONE, just simply as previous models.
No internet connection and credits needed.

- Our loaders automatically set phone to LocalMode after reading LogData - tested with N97, seems 1st in world
- RAPIDO phones before reading USB LogFile, needs to be manually set into FlashMode. Apporiate messagebox will be displayed with instructions (replug battery, cable, etc..). If your phone is RAPU or RAP4 based, you don't need to reject battery or do nothing - just click OK and it will switch to RAW mode directly.
- We also added support for FUR-like flashing for RAPIDO phones. That means it's possible to flash these phones FBUS-like (completly erased, etc - FBUS protocol emulation). However, because of many problems we've disabled it in current release. You can test it manually by placing "v11.16.0" RAPIDO loaders into \Loaders\BB5\FPIF32BIT.
* Known problems with RAPIDO 11.16.0 loaders:
* FBUS support is broken
* Readed Certificates via USB is broken (Control transactions support up to ~0x90 bytes of upcoming data)

We are sorry for problems caused by previous release.
In this version we implemented new encryption routines for New MCU RAPIDO Phones. That means you can now:

Reading of LOG file added for all latest hashes and roms using new flashing protocol for RAPIDO CPU.
This means you can now:

Cyclone SL3 FREE and UNLIMITED RELEASED
This is 8 post in row, hope will not be delted by admins again.........
Small manual how-it-works:

1. Read SL3 Log file (BB5, Simlock Tabs, Group "Local SL3 Bruteforce", Button Read LOG File)
2. Save the readen Log File somewhere. It contains necessary information needed to calculate code.
3. Use "log2cod Calculator" to calculate COD file. Processing speed depends on GPU installed at your PC. log2cod calculator supports calculation resume (on power-off fail, etc).
4. Once COD file is ready, use "Send COD File to Server" button to Submit Calculation Result to our server for further processing
5. You can unlock your phone now as it would be unlocked by our servers (Select SL3 Online RPL Calculation method, and press Direct Unlock), you may also use Manual Mode if phone is away.

Note1. No, this will not work with Mobile GPU (ati mobility, nvidia m... , )
Note2. You need special GPU (or 2xgpu in crossfire), check here (more sha1 perf points - better speed) GPU estimations
Note3. Reading log, calculating process is standalone. After calculating COD file, it needs be submitted to server (for calculating level1-level7 codes), its immediatly and free ofcourse...
Note4. We tested on both gpu:
- 2xHD5970 and searching 1 possiblity is ~22 seconds (total 220000 seconds - worst case - ~61 hours).
- Old Nvidia GT8800 GPU ( i think it have about 4 years now ), searching 1 possibilty is ~660 seconds (total 6600000 seconds, thus worst case is ~1833 hours (76 days))
Note5. I got "Too many child process failure" message. That means your GPU is unsupported, or is too weak.. OR some problem really occured.
Note6. We aren't disabling our servers, since this solution will suit only for some (5%) of ppls, and needs investment in HW.

- Fixed problems with flashing RAPIDO based phones with hash 479.... (N86,X6). Was Nokia fault (10.18.0 loader pack was broken, probably problem with RSA signature so loader wasn't spawned at all...)
- Fixed problem with FUR initialization when dealing with v10 (2010) Nokia Loaders (Affected was new protocol phones)
- Forced users to install v1.08 changing few firmware routines - some users upgraded their boxes updating it for "v10" loaders, but they didn't installed new installer - their BB5 flashing was broken then. Forcing users to install v1.08 and upgrade box is just to ensure every user will have 100% working environment (latest loaders, latest firmware, latest exe).

Cyclone Box Firmware v01.43 Released
Hi, New firmware v01.43 is uploaded to server
- Fixed "Smartcard is not responding for reset" in some configurations.
Please upgrade your box only if you are encountering Smartcard problems, else no upgrade is needed.
Don't need to upgrade exe if you have installed latest installer (released on 01.07.2010), else install this installer to have backward Nokia Loaders compatibilty. To upgrade just go to "Box Maintenance" and use Maintenace to write latest microcode.
As always,every box having 3 update credits. Please WAIT PATIENTLY during upgrade as it will end (else your box will not be upgraded, and credits will be charged, you will need to ask us agian, etc, etc - so just click BOX MAINTENANCE and patiently WAIT!).
During upgrade you may see message like "Cant upgrade bootloader", "Not allowed to upgrade bootloader", "Bootloader upgrade skipped". THIS IS VERY NORMAL becuase BOOTLOADER SHOULD BE UPDATED ONLY ONCE to minimise risk of destroying your box. As you know bootloader is first code executed upon box bootup, so when its corrupt/destroyd box is bricked. So if your bootloader is already up to date you will receive such message, but that means everything is just fine.
Another things which need attention is usage latest firmware and latest NK loaders.
Keep note that firmwares >=v01.42 need have installed Nokia loaders 10.18.00 (latest installer update). Else you will encounter booting and flashing problems - firmware >=01.42 is not compatible with 0.9.50 loaders !!! So if you don't installed latest installer BUT upgraded Firmware to >=v01.42 YOU WILL ENCOUNTER NOKIA BB5 FLASHING PROBLEMS!

Notes:
SX4 Emulation works offline and emulates SX4 card 1:1, in case of failure still server will be used.
BB5 NCK Calculator works for phone relocked by Cyclone Only (unlocking using IMEI only, no need know other data, just imei - no need cable or connection to box too).
BB5 USB Unlocking and other security tools works only if phone log (by flashbus) is readen before.
Update is fast and most of security functions (sd,rpl) works very fast.
Don't forget to upgrade your Box Firmware to v01.21.

- Before unlock software will ask you (when possible) if you want RPL calculation. If you don't need unlocking by RPL, simply click NO and old free unlocking methods will be used (PM308+120 recalc, Secure RAM dump and NCK calc on RAPIDO PA_SL2 phones, etc). However there are some phones which might be unlocked only using new method (9DDB - 3600,5220,7310, or new 5800 >v.30, new N96, etc)
- After unlock, requested RPL file will be saved to STORED FILES dir, it might be used later after phone chip erase, etc - as a generic backup
- To Autolock/Relock use "Import SL5" function and point to SL5 array file in "UnlockData" dir, with SW comes few generated files

New firmware revision was just compiled and uploaded to our server

We have rewritten DCT4 booting routines (and finally reproduced 1680c booting problems).
That means 1680c and other phones booting problems was solved.
Upgrade your boxes and DCT4 booting problems will go away.
As usually each customer having 2 update credits,
so if something will go wrong during update (power failure, etc, etc, etc),
just go back and Maintenance your box again.
NOTE :
To upgrade your box, it needs be booted into bootloader mode.
Best way is to disconnect USB cable and connect it again.
Box will launch in bootloader mode, and now you can use
“Maintenance box” function from “Maintenance” module,
thus will upgrade your box.

One click downgrade repair for BB5 added. Works on phones which after downgrade failing to boot (hang up on NOKIA screen) - this includes phones which dont had patched 308 before flashing. No need to full erase, etc. Just one click and 20 seconds, fast, and safe.
